Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed during business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) and are expected to ship within 3-4 business days, unless otherwise indicated. If an order is placed after 12pm EST on Friday, it will not ship until the following week.

With standard economy shipping, orders to all parts of the continental U.S. may arrive in 3-8 business days after being dispatched. Priority or express shipping to the US via Priority Mail USPS can take 3-4 business days to be delivered if that shipping option is selected (does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders internationally or to US territories or minor outlying islands at this time.

Shipping rates can vary and can be calculated at checkout. Orders above $100 ship for free within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.

Returns

At Yogini Living, our mission is to help you cultivate moments of pause everyday, and we want you to love your products.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order shipped within the United States, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Item must be returned in its original condition.

Restrictions may apply for Limited Edition items and sets, as stated on each product page. Replacement orders are not eligible for returns.

We accept returns on any unopened or unused products within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. Apply for a return or exchange here. Please note: you must make an account to submit a return request on your own, OR please email us at hello@yoginiliving.co

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Once your return request is initiated via an email to hello@yoginiliving.co, our team will review and process the request within 2-5 business days. Once your return is received, we will initiate the refund, but please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account based on your bank's policy.

Orders

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express including PayPal and ShopPay via Shopify.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number so you can follow your order along. Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folders if you can’t locate the order and shipping confirmation emails.

If your tracking page says “Invalid”, please note that the carrier can take up to 72 hours to pick up your order and scan the shipping label.

As processing begins immediately after your order is placed, we cannot modify the contents of your order. However, if your order needs to be canceled, please email us at hello@yoginiliving.co as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order, and will gladly process it as a return once it’s received. Please check our “Returns” section for more information.

Yes, all our products are free of all the bad stuff! No phthalates, sulfates, mutagens, toxins. We are obviously prop 65 compliant.

It would be a disservice to us all if we weren’t.

No way! We are proudly vegan and cruelty free.

The products are handcrafted
in our studio in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.

Depending on the size
and the way you are using (including climate and environmental conditions) your candle, it can last up to 55 hours for the full-size glass jar and up to 30 hours for the gold tin.

There is no formal expiration
date however, candles are best used 6 months after purchase date.

Our candles are created consciously with 100% coconut-soy wax derived from American-grown soybeans, FSC-certified crackling wooden-wick and fine aromatherapy and essential oils for an eco-friendly, clean burn.
